ELTON SA - Greece decided to absorb MOSCHOLIOS SA - Greece in its structure and so is formed a new strong, effective and productive organization, able to ensure successful development in a competitive environment

The merger is completed and so is formed a modern, dynamic and very flexible organization based on Business Units

The Group's international activities are clearly oriented towards the Balkan market and its growth is supported by a strategic plan that recognizes the importance of financial soundness, commitment to long-term partnerships and responsible progress towards objectives. The Group's performance has enhanced its credibility with customers and suppliers and places it very well for continued success. The plan for the future includes ongoing growth in market share and growth in entirely new markets.
